Application are invited from the male Indian candidates by cenral govt. of india for filling up of the temporary post of Constables/Driver & Constables/Driver-Cum-Pump-Operator (Driver for Fire Services) in Central Industrial Security Force in the pay scale of Level-3 in pay Matrix (Rs.21,700-69,100/-) (Pre-revised Pay Band – 1 Rs.5200- 20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2000/-) plus usual and admissible allowances to the Central Government employees from time to time. They will be governed under CISF Act and Rules as well as Central Civil Services Rules applicable to other members of the Force and other Acts and Rules applicable from time to time.

Eligibility Conditions:

Age (বয়সৰ সীমা ৰেখা) :
Between 21 and 27 years. The crucial date for determining age limit will be the closing date for receipt of application from the candidates i.e. 19-03-2018 including for the candidates of North East region.
Driving Licence (ড্ৰাইভিং লাইচেঞ্চ):
The candidate should have a valid driving license for
(i) Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport Vehicle;
(ii) Light Motor Vehicle;
(iii) Motorcycle with gear;
Attention is drawn to the following clause in the Motor Vehicle Act 1988,
Experience (অভিজ্ঞতা) :
03 years experience of driving Heavy Motor Vehicle/Transport Vehicle or Light Motor Vehicle and Motor Cycle with gear as on the closing date for receipt of application from candidates i.e. 19-03-2018 including for the candidates of North East region.
Physical Ability (শাৰিৰীক ক্ষমতা):

The candidate must not have knock knees, flat foot, Varicose vein and squint in eyes. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

It is noticed that during the medical examination, the candidates having ‘tattoos’ in various parts of their body are appearing for the medical examination. In this regard, Ministry of Home Affairs vides its letters No. I-45020/7/2012/ Pers-II dated 12.01.2017 and 30.01.2017 issued the following guidelines regarding candidates having tattoos applying for Constable/Driver and Constable/ DCPO Examination:-
(a) Content:
-Being a secular country, the religious sentiments of our countrymen are to be respected and thus, tattoos depicting religious symbol or figures and the name, as followed in Indian Army are to be permitted.
(b) Location:-
Tattoos marked on traditional sites of the body like the inner aspect of forearm but only left forearm, being non-saluting limb or dorsum of the hands are to be allowed.
(c) Size:-
Size must be less than ¼ of the particular part (Elbow or Hand) of the body.


Educational Qualification (শিক্ষাগত অৰ্হতা):

a) The candidate should have passed Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.
b) Educational certificate other than State Board/Central Board should be accompanied with Government of India notification declaring that such qualification is equivalent to Matric/10th class pass for service under Central Government.

CISF Recruitment 2018 ৰ বাবে কিদৰে আবেদন কৰিব:

The application must be submitted only in the ONLINE mode to the concerned CISF Zonal DIsG (Regional Recruitment Centres). The procedure for submission of online application is incorporated in Annexure-I and also available on the website. Candidates may note that online application will be accepted at CISF website only. No application will be accepted offline.

Application Fee (আবেদনৰ মাচুল):

The candidates belonging to General and OBC categories should pay the fee of Rs. 100/ (Rupees one hundred only) as examination fee through the following mode.
(i) Through SBI Challan. (Payment of examination fee through Challan will be accepted up to 21-03-2018 and thereafter services will be disabled).
(ii) Net Banking through any bank.
(iii) Credit/Debit card of any bank.


Selection Process (বাচনি প্ৰকৃয়া):

There will be two stages of recruitment before medical examination as under:-
(1) OMR or Computer-based Written Examination which will be bilingual i.e. English & Hindi.
(2) PET/PST, Documentation & Trade test.




Candidates those found eligible for height bar test will be put through PET

800 meters Runs in 3 minutes and 15 seconds
Long Jump: 11 feet in 3 chances
High Jump: 3 feet 6 inches in 3 chances

(i) The written test will be either OMR/Computer-based Test.
(ii) The question paper will be set to assess the general awareness/general knowledge, knowledge of elementary mathematics, analytical aptitude and ability to observe and distinguish patterns and to test the basic knowledge of the candidate in English/Hindi at 10th standard. The questions will be set bilingual in English/Hindi.
(iii) The written test will be of 100 marks consisting of 100 objective type multiple choice questions to be answered in two hours.
(iv) The minimum percentage of marks for qualification for next stage will be as under:-
General /ESM: 35 %
SC/ST/OBC: 33 %
Questions are to be answered using a black ball pen. Therefore, the Candidates should bring black ball pens for written examination.
