Gauhati University 1st Sem Form Fill Up all candidates or students can fill up the exam form by following below given steps.
The Last Date of Gauhati University online Form Fill Up is 25th September 2018.
Note: Students must carefully fill and submit the Examination Form, as once submitted, the Examination Form would not be available for modification to the students.
In case of any error or correction in the Examination Form, the student would then have to refer to their respective college.
Gauhati University already completed online registration process of students and they already provided and they already provided a Login ID and Password.
Now students are required to login to the portal of Gauhati University BA/ BCom/ BSc 1st, 3rd, 5th Semester Form Fill Up with already provided User ID and Password. Visit below given link to login.
Steps for Gauhati University online Form Fill Up
Step 1: On Home Page, click on “Examination Form (2017-2018) ” link ( Link is given below)
Step 2: Now click on “Click Here For Examination Login” link, appearing on top left corner of
the page, under ‘Gauhati University Examination Form’ section
Note: User can also view the Examination Form Start and end dates for the Under Graduate (U.G) degrees by clicking on “Examination Form of Under -Graduate (U.G) degrees (2018-19)” link.
Step 3: “Existing User Login” page is displayed. Student can login via both ‘Application No.’ &
‘Registration No.’. By default, Registration No is displayed.
Step 4: Student can select either Application No. or Registration No., then he/she has to login
via entering his/her ‘Application No /Registration No. ’, ‘Date of Birth’ , and ‘Captcha’.
Click on Login button.
Step 5: Clicking on Login Button, student’s exam form is displayed with following sections:
- Online Examination Form
- Choose any 3 subjects from following groups:
- General/Electives Subject
- Vocational Subject
- MIL Subject
Step 6: Select an option from “Medium of Exam” & “Belong to NC (Non Collegiate Category)?” field.
Note: User won’t be able to proceed further with the form if, “Medium of Exam” & “Belong
to NC (Non Collegiate Category)?” fields are left blank, as both the fields have been marked
Step 7: Now while selecting subjects for Gauhati University BA/ BCom/ BSc 1st, 3rd, 5th Semester Form Fill Up, following cases should be kept in mind:
- If student has opted for B.A (General) degree, he/she needs to select 4 papers.
- Student has opted for B.A (Major) degree, he/she needs to select 5 papers.
- A student has opted for B.Com (General) degree, he/she needs to select 4 papers.
- When student has opted for B.Com (Major) degree, he/she needs to select 5 papers.
Step 8: Once all the mandatory fields are filled and subjects are selected, click on “Get Papers” button.
Step 9: Click on “Reset Subject” button, when student wants to selects subjects all over again, prior to clicking on “Get Papers” button.
Step 10: After clicking on “Get Papers” button, Under “List of all Courses”, previously selected papers are displayed for Gauhati University Form Fill Up.
Step 11: If user wishes to change the previously selected papers after clicking on “Get Papers” button, he/she can do so, by clicking on “*Click here For Change Subject Group” link.
Step 12: After final selection of papers of Gauhati University 1st Sem Form Fill Up, click on ‘Submit’ button, to finally submit the Exam
Pop up message is displayed, click on “OK” button to submit.
Step 13: “Record submitted successfully” pop up message is displayed, along with “Preview
” & “Logout” tab.
Click on “OK” button.
Step 14: Click on “Preview” tab, for the user to verify all the details under ‘Online Examination Form’, ‘Candidate Registration Details’, ‘Candidate’s Course Details Preview’, ‘Candidate’s Identification Details’, ‘Correspondence Address Details’, ‘Permanent Address Details’ & ‘Photo and Signature’ sections.
Post details verification by the student , check the Declaration check – box (I hereby declare___ ) and click on “Accept and Generate Challan”.
Step 15: Finally, on “Download Section” user can download & take printout of both ‘Filled Exam Form’ & ‘Exam Fee Challan’
